SHIPPING POLICY

Standard orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. 

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Priority unless Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@bodyflyusa.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. BODYFLY is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase date on all regularly and sale priced items (unless otherwise noted). To process a return or exchange please email us at info@bodyflyusa.com and we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Please pack item securely (in original packaging if possible) and send via UPS.
Your refund will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt of merchandise to our warehouse and be credited to you in the same form as original payment.
